To coincide with The British Libraries new exhibtion 'Writing: Making Your Mark'; libraries across Britain are hosting pop-up exhibtion's celebrating the long history of writing and what the future holds for writing and communication in a fast becoming digital world.
The Glasgow Scribes are excitied to be involved with the pop-up exhibition being held at the Mitchell Library in Glasgow. Some of our members will be in the Granville St foyer to chat about calligraphy, answer questions and to encourage some "have a go" writing.
Come along to meet Francesca, Sheila or Clara on Tuesday 18 and Thursday 27 June 2019 from 10am to 8pm to experience one of "humankind's greatest achievements".
The pop-up's are on display now until August 2019.
